At Bird Property Management, we offer multiple ways to pay your rent to make the process as easy and convenient as possible.

We strongly encourage online payments for speed, security, and ease of tracking.

Rent Payment Policy

  • Rent is due on the date specified in your lease agreement
  • Late fees may apply if rent is not received on time
  • Partial payments may not be accepted without prior approval
  • All payments must be submitted using one of the approved methods below

Online Payments (Preferred Method)

The best way to pay rent is through our online tenant portal.

Accepted Online Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer (ACH)
  • Debit card (if available)
  • Credit card (if available, additional fees may apply)

Automatic Payments (Auto-Pay)

Avoid late fees and never miss a payment by enrolling in Auto-Pay through the tenant portal.

  • Payments are automatically withdrawn on your scheduled due date
  • Helps ensure on-time payments every month
  • Easy to set up and manage

Pay by Check or Money Order

If you prefer to pay offline, you may submit a check or money order.

Requirements:

  • Payable to: Bird Property Management
  • Include your name and property address or unit number
  • Do not send cash

Delivery Options:

Note: Payments must be received (not postmarked) by the due date.

In-Person Payments (If Applicable)

Payments We Do Not Accept

For security and tracking purposes, we do not accept:

  • Cash payments (unless specifically authorized)
  • Payments via third-party apps (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, etc.) unless approved

Returned Payments

If a payment is returned for any reason:

  • A returned payment fee may be charged
  • Future payments may be required in certified funds
  • Late fees may still apply
