Guidelines for Pets in Our Rental Properties

At Bird Property Management, we understand that pets are an important part of many households. However, not all rental properties allow pets, and policies may vary depending on the property owner.

Please review the information below carefully before applying or bringing a pet into any property.

Property-Specific Pet Approval

Not all Bird Property Management rental homes accept pets.

Pet Rent

Approved pets are subject to additional rent:

This amount will be added to your monthly rent as outlined in your lease agreement.

Pet Screening Requirement

All pets must be screened and approved through petscreening.com.

General Pet Restrictions

Bird Property Management and/or the property owner reserve the right to deny any pet based on risk, behavior, or insurance limitations.

Renter’s Insurance Requirement
